Born October 28, 1988; He is a young, emerging Mexican painter with a distinct style. Cuauhtémoc describes his work as a combination of expressionism with elements of Mexican culture.
On one hand, expressionism deforms reality according to the perspective of the artist and, on the other hand, Mexican culture is full of history, colors and surrealism.
Cuauhtemoc believes each of his works has a representation of reality, but at the same time is transformed by a number of brushstrokes full of strength, which form a new vision of the world according to the history of each viewer.
Cuauhtemoc’s goal is to take each viewer on a journey based on their perceptions and imagination, so that they create and recreate meaningful stories for themselves through his work.
His stories are based on different textures that are born of oil and acrylic, materials that conserve light so that his vision of the world can be seen by all. “By conserving their initial light, every time that my pieces are observed, they generate new sensations of surrealism and magic found in Mexico.”
