SANTIAGO POLVOS

Born in 1976. With the restlessness and talent that characterizes him, since he was a child he was attracted to painting, something he has learned in a self-taught way. His experience in the field of art has led him to the knowledge of the basic and classical painting techniques to later navigate in his own area of experimentation.
It is appropriate to highlight his participation in numerous exhibitions inside and outside the state with great success.
His work has traveled to places like the United States, Canada and Europe mainly.
Prominent member of the “Malecón Arte” Group of Puerto Vallarta since its foundation
in 2003.

Santiago’s pictorial work denotes the intensity of a person who lives each moment passionately with sensitivity on the surface.

His recreation of reality with a safe and agile brushstroke results in a visual delight that satisfies and enchants anyone with even a minimal aesthetic appreciation.His work, most typical of him, plays between the figurative and the abstract, achieving a perfect balance. The intense and warm colors together with the textures reflect a mystique that sublimates everyday life, to achieve an intimate reality that opens with great beauty in front of the viewer.
